Cheap place that does the job for a quick stay. The room was comfortable with a fan to keep cool. Takeaway options were easy and tasty. Staff were friendly and cute, so no issues there 😊

The location was fantastic for me, in the pub down the road.

There were enough electrical sockets available to charge devices, so at least I didn't have to worry about that .
Finding the place was a hassle. Even the sat nav led me past it. The decor is as dated as a relic from the Ice Age, and the cleanliness could certainly use an upgrade. I spotted dirty marks on the walls and carpets that hadn't seen a vacuum in days. The heating system was barely functional, and the rickety electric radiator took forever to warm up. The TV channels were a nightmare, and I couldn't find a proper list. Worst of all, the bathroom was grimy, the toilet needed serious attention, and there were cold floors, made me wish I'd brought my slippers.

Friendliness of the staff. Attractive dining room and entrance hall.
Our room was slightly tired. The TV did not offer BBC1 & 2. The shaver point was well out of range for me. Flushing the toilet set off a reverberation through the cold water system which could only be solved by turning on the cold water tap at the handbasin.

Friendly staff who were quick to assist with issues.
It was like being in a fridge with the window left open. The cleanliness was lacking, with dirty walls and a carpet that hadn't seen a vacuum in quite some time. In the bathroom, cold floors and grimy fixtures only added to my discomfort.

Almost gave a good review until I saw the filthy bathrooms and freezing room. I mean, who leaves a window open in winter? One might think a hotel could provide more than just a bed! I expected a warm welcome, like maybe a complimentary drink for my trouble? Unbelievable, really.

The only thing I liked was when it was time to leave.
Run down dump.

Very friendly staff, the owners go out of their way to accomodate anything that you need. This is our 2nd time visiting for an event close by. Would diffinately use it again/
Only thing that I would say is that the dining area lacked warmth other than that everything else was great!

The room was just right for a quick stay, and the fan made it comfortable despite not having AC. I enjoyed winding down with some TV and a nice hot shower after a long day. The only downside was the lack of nearby food options, but ordering takeaway was super easy! 😊

The staff were very friendly and helpful and responded very quickly to a maintenance issue with room. The dining area is very light and airy. The location also made it easy to travel out to the various destinations we visited , Silverstone and Milton Keynes
The room was adequate but require an uplift, especially the bathroom
